Up one level

Hello to you all. I'm Clare and I've been a disciple for about 5 years now in sunny Melbourne Australia. I haven't yet got used to the site, but I'll add more exciting content as I experiment. Stay tuned. Actually, I think it's probably best to get something up first before the computer crashes, :) I think I've already mucked some content up... hmmm.

My Orange Cat by admin — last modified 2006-09-09 03:42 PM
He's the furry one on the front page and he's about 15 years old. He has many different names ... ginny, pinny, ping-pong, piggy, pingy, pongy etc. The next door neighbours insist on calling him Megsy and Teddy Bear, and he answers to all the above I think because he loves his food. He figures if he is to get plenty of dinner, both here and next door, he has to answer to all the silly things we decide to call him. In his next life I believe it's time for him to become a human. He has never killed any other creature. Outside, he sits amongst 20 or so pigeons and walks past them but ignores them as I think that he thinks they belong here also.

This was taken on a joy-weekend, so we had many visitors from other Australian Centres.
My Black and White Cat by admin — last modified 2006-09-09 03:42 PM
His name is Casper. What can you say. This photo says it all. He's a real cat, always up to no-good. All black and whites seem to be like that. He's also coming back as a human as he has already mastered 'logic'. Everybody ... watch out in a few years.
My Car by admin — last modified 2006-09-09 03:42 PM
I call it the Rocket, but it mis-behaves a lot. It's 35 years old - a Totyota Corona MkII Coupe with twin carburettors that cause most of the trouble ... but I'm attached to it. If I ever come into some money, I'd love to get "YEEEHA" personalised plates.
My two white ducks by admin — last modified 2006-09-09 03:42 PM
Introducing Jack and Jill. I suppose it's fitting to also have two huge white ducks in the family. They are both boys, but when they were little they were yellow and fluffy and one was a bit bigger than the other, hence the names Jack and Jill. Jilly is a really-really-really bad duck ( I suppose it's because she has a girls name). Did you know that Ducks are God's little joke.. I think that on the 7th day, just before he went to rest, he created the Duck for a laugh. They don't really have a lot "up top".

Niriha's quote. I really liked this one. My mind never really knows a lot, except that if I happen to get all teary - it must have hit home in the depths. It's worth a read.
