My Life in the Christchurch Centre

In 1996 Sri Chinmoy asked my Centre leader and friend, Bhuvah, to open a new centre. When she suggested Christchurch, he was very happy, and she made plans to move down from Auckland.

I was living in Wellington at the time, but I am originally from Christchurch, so I was invited to show her around. There was much to be done, and I decided to move back to Christchurch to help out.

Over the years I have had many beautiful opportunities and experiences, as well as alot of fun!

When Sri Chinmoy was in Christchurch at Christmas  2002/2003, he gave a most beautiful concert in The Christchurch Cathedral. He also wrote a song for Christchurch:
