Working for the largest Telecommunication Company in Australia, Telstra, I am continuously updating my knowledge of mobile phones and the technology that is within them to make our life faster and so we are able to communicate more effectively and more conveniently with the world at large.
Simplicity and Status: these are the biggest drivers for consumers I speak to every day.
What will the phone do for me? Or…. I just want to make a call!
It is easy to get caught up in the hype of the technology, but take my word for it, if you don’t take the time to learn the functionality of your phone in the first two weeks, then its never going to happen!
