Nike and i-tunes have come together to produce some wicked technology to track your runs.
Check out the nikeplus website where you can sync your ipod nano, that has recorded your latest run with some really neat technology you wear on your shoe.Once you are a member of the nikeplus website you can compare your runs to others in your country or overseas. Check the leader board for the latest stats of the most miles covered in the past week, month or ever. You can even make a challenge and get friends to join your challenge, log your run and complete a goal!
I love it- the stats are interesting and have given a new lease to my running goals- there are some great runners out there.
