Last year Guru celebrated Guru Purnima on 29 July 2007 (we have an immortal photograph by Jowan to cherish and treasure)
To celebrate in a small way this year's Guru Purnima , (happening this Friday 18 July 2008) here is a charming story regarding Vyasa, from the Mahabharata's translation by Kisari Mohan Ganguli.
