My name is Stacey and I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I have been a member of the Sri Chinmoy Centre in Auckland since 2001. Since attending a meditation course in Auckland - with little prior knowledge of meditation, I have discovered the endless benefits that the spiritual life has to offer.

I always like to say that I stumbled upon the spiritual path; I was not searching for a spiritual teacher, or even looking to make any dramatic changes in my life. I just knew I wanted to give mediation a try. Looking back now it was like an inner calling, my soul urging me forward on the road of self-discovery.

I have now fulfilled one of my dreams and volunteer part time for The Oneness-Heart-Tears and Smiles - a global network of medical and health professionals, hardworking volunteers and concerned individuals on five continents. The Oneness-Heart-Tears and Smiles is dedicated to alleviating the plight of suffering humanity and committed to providing essential supplies and services to the needy and disadvantaged people of the world - wherever they may be.
