Life so far has taught me that almost everything is impermanent, fleeting and as ever changing as the weather patterns here in Christchurch. Almost everything can be gained or lost, save and except love, love of truth, which is the root of all spirituality and religion. Thus the pages following are mostly related to spiritual subjects; eastern and western philosophies, mudras and mantras, what it means to have a spiritual master, Sri Chinmoy who is spiritual teacher to my sister, brother in-law and myself and of course the ever fascinating subject of meditation. I also write about my other interests; travelling, running, being a member of the Sri Chinmoy Centre, music, eastern medicine, helping at ultra marathons and working in a Divine Enterprise.
