1. When I meditate, I enter into the inner world and sometimes I see things which materialise in the outer world after a few months. Should I try to transcend this?

2. Do we consciously remember all of our inner experiences?

3. On different occasions I have seen red, blue and white light during meditation. Could you please explain the significance of these?

4. I used to feel and see a golden light around my heart, but now I no longer do. How can I regain this wonderful presence?

5. Would you please speak about the aura seen in meditation?

6. I have recently felt quite distinctly a force that people throw around themselves for protection, or when they don't want to speak to someone. It is like a solid object, like a wall. Is it built consciously or unconsciously?

7. When I meditate I often feel a split in my consciousness. Part of my consciousness is in a deep meditation while another part of my consciousness is observing and carrying on a running commentary on what is being experienced. What does that mean?

8. I once felt during meditation that my soul came out of the body.

9. While meditating I sometimes feel that my body is moving rhythmically, but when I open my eyes I see that I am not moving at all.

10. When meditating, inside I feel very strong and outside I feel very soft. But as I go deeper, I start expanding. What does that signify?

11. Sometimes after meditation I touch things and find that they are not solid; they are fluid. They lose their solid state. What does this mean?

12. How do we know what plane of consciousness we are in during meditation?

13. When I meditate, I see within and without that everything is alive and has millions of patterns. I see something like a living presence in everything. Could you comment on this?

14. At times during meditation, I feel that my physical heart stops for a few seconds. This frightens me.

15. When I am meditating, I feel my head expanding, and I feel that something is pounding the top of my head.

16. Is it possible to receive something in meditation and not be aware of the experience?

17. Sometimes when I meditate I feel that I am about to go through some experience, but nothing happens. What is the cause of that?

18. Oftentimes I have the feeling or sensation that I see light, but my mind doubts it very forcefully. I was wondering if the light I see is real or imaginary.

19. I once had an experience in which I felt the purity of God and the power and Eternity of God, but then the feeling left me.

20. In meditation I have had the experience that I was totally free. But then I had to go back to my regular life, and I felt very tired and very drained.

21. When I am meditating well and I start to go deep within, after a few minutes I feel sleepy and my whole body goes almost numb.

22. When I first started meditating, I had the feeling of purity and divinity flowing through each cell of my body. But now when I meditate I don't feel this, yet I think I have improved my meditation-capacity. Why is this?
