Learn To Meditate

The New Zealand Sri Chinmoy Centres offer free meditation classes in Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch, Dunedin and other cities and towns throughout the country each year.

These classes are ideal for beginners and we also offer free continuation programmes for people that are interested in developing their meditation.

For people not able to attend classes, we have provided the following: Meditation Course – Learn to Meditate Online.
