Meditation Classes

Learn To Meditate

The New Zealand Sri Chinmoy Centres offer free meditation classes in Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch and other cities and towns throughout the country each year.

These classes are ideal for beginners and we also offer free continuation programmes for people that are interested in developing their meditation.
