On The Road With Arpan

Arpan De'Angelo is an ultradistance runner extordinaire. He has been Sri Chinmoy's student for over 30 years and during this time has competed in hundreds of short, long and ultra-distance races (including a 1,000 mile race in under 15 days). He is also the Team Captain of the US World Harmony Run; a torch relay which covers 11,000 miles in 4 months. Arpan has made Sri Chinmoy's philosophy of self-transcendence an integral part of his running and spiritual life. In this section he offers stories and training advice that is applicable to the beginner as well as the experienced runner.
