Using Contact Form Results

Tips for using results of Contact Form.

If you visit your contact from and click on results. You have a few different options.

1.  You can view each entry individually and then delete.
2.  You can view as a table, which makes it easier to copy and paste the results.
3.  You can download as a file and share with other people.
4.  At certain individuals, it is good to download the contact from and then clear all the results to keep it tidy.
5.  If you have alot of submissions for one city, it might be worth having a specific contact form just for that city.
6.  Make sure someone is responsible for checking contact form!
7. If people 'spam' the contact form, their IP address can be blocked. Contact a site_admin
